Are buying CBD products illegal?

No, The Reefer Madness Company offers federally legal industrial hemp-derived CBD products which are locally sourced and processed in Colorado and can be shipped to all 50 states in the U.S. in compliance with Section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 - Recently amended by the 2018 US Farm Bill passed by Congress. All of our packages also include a "Notice to Postmaster and Law Enforcement" and an email invoice for added protection.

We do not sell any products that contain more than .3% THC. None of our products are intended to give you a "high".

Is CBD safer than pharmaceutical drugs?

Answer

CBD is currently being researched as a cheap alternative to expensive pharmaceutical drugs and may help with issues such as pain, anxiety, PTSD as well as a range of other illnesses. Although hemp-derived products are federally legal, it does not mean they are considered a safe or a healthy alternative to over-the-counter or prescription medicines nor is CBD intended to treat or cure any diseases. CBD products are also not FDA approved. Consulting with your physician is recommended.

Minors are not allowed to enter our site or purchase products from The Reefer Madness Company. Although there are no laws pertaining to the sale of CBD to minors, we believe adult supervison and doctor consultation is a must before trying any alternative products.

No, The Reefer Madness Company currently only ships within the United States.
